School Name : Marian High School

Michael Cataldo is a self-driven senior at Marian high school. He has a take charge attitude and never settles for mediocracy. Whether it’s on the soccer pitch as a captain or in the classroom with school work, Michael takes a leadership role. From winning the conference title for three years in a row to leading his team to a state championship, he has been very successful as a knight. However, it is not only his success as an athlete that shapes this young man. Michael focuses on giving back wherever he can. As a member of the National Honors Society, he tutors underclassmen struggling in core subjects. He also volunteers in the community at Riverbend Cancer Services and Hubbard Hills Retirement Home. Along with sports and volunteering, Michael works at Massimo’s Pizzeria on the weekends. This job has taught him how to run a small business. Following high school, Michael plans to pursue a degree in business at University of Dayton or Butler University.
